Pastor Bruce graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in 1973 with a B.A. in History.  In 1975, he completed a B.A. in Biblical Education from Florida Bible College.  He earned a Masters of Theology at Dallas Theological Seminary in 1980, and in 1984, he earned a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University.  He completed all of his doctoral studies at TWU, but declined to do his dissertation so he could spend more time with his family.  He has 20 years of counseling experience, and over 10 years of ministerial experience.

Bruce loves working with people and likes weddings because he feels if you laugh with the couple, have a good time and put them at ease, they can relax and enjoy the experience and create lasting memories.  Bruce finds counseling deeply rewarding because getting into people's lives, getting to know their story and walking with them through their pain can release them to live a fuller and richer life.  As we release our anxieties and grieve the losses and disappointments in each of our lives, we are able to function as emotionally healthy adults.

Pastor Bruce's passion is helping others and showing them Christ's mercy.
